Zhang Yuanxing£¬born in 1935 in the city of Shenyang£¬is one of the supreme masters of Tiny Sculptural Calligraphy£¬the first person skilled in folk minicarving in China and a famous calligrapher. He is now appointed to be the art member of the Promotion and Development Association of Chinese Arts and Culture, the honorary president of the Calligraphy Association of Hunan Province, the consultant of Institute of Oriental Folk Arts, and the member of Folklore Committee of Liaoning Province.
